Will This Blog Post Change Your Life?

Remember that one company email that immediately changed the way you worked and made you feel all-in?

Neither do I. Because that is a heckuvalot to ask of an email… even if it was crafted by a fabulous writer like me.

It doesn’t matter how much sense it makes, or how important it is, or how easy it might be, or how much employees may like it better, or how much leadership wants it; significant change requires strategic planning, especially when it comes to communicating.

Commitment to strategic communications will likely require a little patience. But it will result in better products, more payoff, faster ramp-up, smarter development, improved engagement, reduced costs, and increased agility. All in support of what was most important for the business and at the direction of leadership.

Interested in hearing more about strategic communication planning and how to help your employees change the way they work? I’d love to share some ideas with you.
